are well placed to pass on their vast knowledge to anyone serious about fixing sewing machines.

If you want to be able to repair or service your sewing machine or overlocker without the need to call on the services of
engineers , we can help.
We have been conducting sewing machine repair courses for a number of years and structure them all in a simple to understand
stepping system format.
WHERE ARE THE COURSES HELD ?
We have our own training centre based in Surrey . This Is located midway between Reigate and Gatwick.
WHO WILL TEACH ME ?
Our instructors have many years of repair and service experience on both domestic and industrial sewing machines.
WHO WOULD THE COURSE SUIT ?
These are usually directed towards schools and colleges who have technicians and tutors who need to maintain domestic sewing
machines on a day to day basis.
HOW LONG IS THE COURSE ?
Courses are normally run for 2 days at our training centre with very much a hands on pro active approach.
WHAT WILL I LEARN ON TECHLS1
Some of the information you will learn will be to understand how a machine produces a stitch, how to balance tensions the easy way.
What is meant by the term ”Out of Time” how to recognise the and resolve the problem. What causes miss stitching, thread breaking,
serious tension faults, fault finding and servicing.
WHAT WILL I NEED ON THE COURSE ?
All machines, tools and manuals are provided for the duration of the course.
You can bring one machine of your own if you want and writing materials.
TESTS ?
There will be a number of practical tests during the training and a final written test .
CERTIFICATES ?
All students who successfully pass all tests carried on the course will be awarded a certificate of achievement .
