WE SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO YOU FOR :
You to email your name and transaction number, a picture of your
machine and describe what your problems are in the email we
will ascertain a diagnosis based on what we see and what you
describe.Then proceed to use the skype link to discuss with an
engineer what we have assessed for you to check and adjust.

We can then communicate through skype video link to help try to
